A refined online presence for a boutique nail studio.
Diamond Nail is a boutique nail studio whose work — meticulous nail art, considered colour palettes, a quiet salon experience — was undersold by a basic website that looked like every other booking template in the category. Walk-in clients were converting fine, but the online presence was not pulling its weight as a referral channel or as proof of the studio’s level.
We designed and built a new site that mirrors the experience of being in the studio itself: clean, calm, image-led, with typography and spacing that lets the work breathe. The service menu is short and decisive, with clear pricing and obvious next steps to book. A small portfolio band rotates seasonal looks so the gallery feels alive without becoming a maintenance burden, and the contact path is one tap away on mobile where most of the audience actually lives.
The new site has lifted the studio’s online positioning to match the in-person experience. New-client enquiries now arrive having already seen the gallery, with clearer expectations about style and timing — which translates directly into better first-time appointments and higher conversion from enquiry to booking.
